How to: Change the default font settings for a datasheet.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu, make the desired changes in the 'Default Font' group of the 'Datasheet' tab, and click 'Apply' or the 'OK'.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Datasheet' tab.
3) To change the default font and its attributes, do one or more of the following in the 'Default Font' group:
the Default Font group
a) Select a new font from the 'Font' drop-down list.
b) Select the desired weight from the 'Weight' drop-down list.
c) Select the desired size from the 'Size' drop-down list.
d) Select the 'Italic' check box to italicize the font.
e) Select the 'Underline' check box to underline the font.
4) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Apply' to apply the new settings and keep the 'Options' dialog box open.
NOTE: Click 'Apply' when there are changes that need to be made to settings on another tab. This avoids having to re-open the 'Options' dialog box.
b) Click 'OK' to apply the new settings and close the 'Options' dialog box.
